Our system does not allow split payment methods at this time. We’re so sorry! The exception to this is when using a gift card issued by our website that does not cover the full purchase price. In this instance, your gift card amount will be fully used and then you will be able to enter additional payment information.

Wildheart Outfitters is located and ships from Northwest Arkansas.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Keep in mind there is a 2-4 day processing period on some items. If you place your order later than 1:30 PM Monday - Thursday it will not ship out till the next day. If you place an order Friday - Sunday it will not ship out till the next business day on Monday. Shipping rates will be added at check out.

Please email info@wildheartoutfitters.com if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already been shipped. Keep in mind that we ship our packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellation should be sent as soon as possible.

With our current order fulfillment system, we are unable to add products to an order that has already been placed.
If the order has not been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we are able to omit items from that specific order.

Returns and exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see our returns policy. for more information.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.

Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), Jewelry, Bodysuits, Masks

Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale

Gift cards

If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

Returns postmarked after 30 days from order date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3/item whichever is greater.

Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 30 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 48 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 48 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible) or donate the return to charity.

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s). You can view our return policy and process here!

If you made an error on your order it is best to call customer service to have the order cancelled, and then place a new order with the correct items.

Sizing

Hope is not lost! We restock our most popular items as often as we can. We recommend signing up to be notified when/if an item is restocked click on the out of stock item, select your size, enter your email in the field and click “Notify Me”!

All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the sizing guide before purchasing.

Gift Card

Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire two years from the date issued.

At this time gift card balances are not visible on your account, but feel free to e-mail us at info@wildheartoutfitters.com and we’d be happy to relay the balance to you.

Gift cards can be purchased here! We always recommend reading the gift card’s description before purchasing.

No, gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

About Us

Absolutely! In fact, we own another business right here in Fayetteville, AR. We are not a drop shipping company. All of our merchandise is examined and stored in the Fayetteville warehouse. We take all of our own photos and ship all of our products directly from our warehouse.

No, we are an all online boutique. You can shop our store day or night. At the beach or on your couch. While we do have an office in Fayetteville, AR we recommend contacting us via email if you need any assistance.
